I specialise in placing Chefs, Chief Stewards/Stewardesses, Pursers & Estate Staff.

Born in Michoacán, Mexico and raised in Los Angeles, CA, I have always had a calling to live by the sea. My passion growing up was working with flowers and I later pursued a career in Floral Design and worked for Apropos Florists in Marina del Rey. My savvy business talent and floral mastery is matched only by my love for animals. I found myself working for one of the most amazing doctors in the veterinary world, the legendary Dr. Stephen J. Ettinger for over 14 years.

I was introduced to the luxury yacht industry after moving to Fort Lauderdale - I saw the amazing potential and I KNEW I wanted to be a part of it! The opportunity to work with Bluewater USA (previously Crew Unlimited) became available in 2014 and I jumped at it! I was able to utilize my 25+ years of customer service, business knowledge, and floral design skills – it was a great fit to say the least. Now, having worked directly with crew and clients at the front desk for over 4 years, I have made the natural transition to being a Crew Agent. My new role is to advise and place Head of Department interior positions, including Chief Stewards/Stewardesses and Pursers, as well as Chefs and all Estates and Private Island personnel.

It is very rewarding seeing many crew who were green or just getting started several years ago now coming to me looking to be hired for senior positions and looking to hire crew themselves. I have always been very hands on and will go the extra mile to help our clients and crew.
