I have been here at bluewater longer than I really care to remember! I am responsible for the logistics and smooth running of the bluewater training department which trains more yacht crew than any other training provider.

Every day literally brings a different challenge and the job certainly keeps me on my toes. There is a constant buzz due to the daily diversity of jobs to be done and every day also brings about lots of laughter which also helps to keep bluewater in perspective.

To relax: I love cinema, theatre, reading and at the moment, skiing is a great way to spend the weekend. Also having an empty nest at home means that I can indulge my love of travelling and exploring, though not by anything that travels the seven seas!
