Master Yacht Chef Competitor - Clément Brasseur

I was trained in the North of France, and during the beginning of my career I worked in Michelin Star restaurants in the South of France - Michel Kayser in Garons and Bruno Cirino in La Turbie - and also in the UK at Alain Roux in Bray.

I then started working for a villa on the Cap d'Antibes and then eventually joined M/Y Pacific 85m. I left after two and a half years to join a world cruise as a private chef position for the owners in Moscow.

I am currently working on M/Y You and Me and I live in Menton with my family.

I try to provide a balanced, delicate and flavorful cuisine to enhance the best quality products.

We'll have the beauty corner as well as lunch and drinks provided (priority is given to those who register for the event).
