I learned to cook with Torquay College of Arts & Technology and finished with an HND through Brighton University in Hospitality Management.

I have worked many season in the Alps as a chalet chef and have used my training in tandem with travelling. It is only recently that my chef skills have really grown, since joining yachts.
With all the training on offer, I have completed my Ships Cook Cert, a week with Alain Ducasse and two weeks at Ashburton Cookery School in the UK.
I am currently working as Head Chef on M/Y White Rose of Drachs.
To RSVP for the chef competition please sign in to your club page and register via the events section, it promises to be a full day of nail biting competitions with plenty to keep you entertained.
We'll have the beauty corner as well as lunch and drinks provided (priority is given to those who register for the event).
Please RSVP to confirm your lunch voucher. There will be canapes and prosecco served during the final.
