When you sign up for a bluewater one account you have access to unlimited crew for seasonal, permanent or day positions with a dedicated account manager to assist you with the system. Our easily searchable online database is available 24 hours a day. You pay an annual fee which is given back to you in training vouchers that can be used at our training centres or on-board.

Every cent invested in bluewater one is given back in training vouchers! Training vouchers can be redeemed at any Bluewater Training Centre or can be used on-board for group training courses and jetski certificates. The vessels length in meters determines the subscription fee which applies.
