This year, the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) will be launching the Large Yacht Code 3 (LY3) following a lengthy consultancy process with the British government.
Guest Speakers from the MCA, RYA, PYA and Transport Malta will be presenting an update on new legislation affecting yachting. Having the occasion to hear the launch and updates first hand and take part in the open forum is a unique opportunity.
