14.30 - Bluewater will be opening the bar serving complimentary wines and beers to everyone who has RSVP’d.
HMS Marine Spirits, a quintessentially luxury British brand, will be serving their global award winning London Dry Mary Rose Gin throughout the afternoon also.
There will be a food truck available for you to purchase delicious snacks and soft drinks throughout the day.
16.30 - The grand finale
17.30 - A short prize giving ceremony, and canapes served by the Yacht Club de Monaco chef.

Jacques Maximin - Winner of the Gault & Millau Guide & Hachette Guide Chef of the Year, and named Meilleur Ouvrier de France Cuisinier, he has notched up numerous Michelin stars since 1974 and a score of 19.5/20 for 10 years in the Gault et Millaut Guide
Virginie Basselot - Virginie Basselot - Executive Chef since 1st August 2018 for the Negresco restaurant, le Chanteclerc with 2 Michelin stars.

Who is joining us?
We are pleased to welcome
Riviera Fine Delight, an established catering company and new yacht provisioner based on the French Riviera. The Riviera Fine Delight team will be providing
surprise bags of ingredients for each of our chefs to create their dishes in just 30 minutes. They will also provide all the essential fresh ingredients that any yacht chef could possibly need.
Maison del Gusto specialise in
luxurious foods and hampers, they are providing a pantry of ingredients for the chefs to choose from, to help them create their award-winning plate. They are also generously gifting delicious hampers for our winning chefs! Be sure to check out their mouth-watering list of products available to purchase including truffles, jams, chocolates, desserts, cheeses and more.
Terre de Monaco, who are committed to urban agriculture, creating
ecological vegetable gardens on rooftops and terraces in built-up areas, will be contributing fresh herbs and vegetables for the competing chefs to include in their dishes.
With all these amazing ingredients, but just 30 minutes to review their surprise bags and shop at the pantry, we can’t wait to see what they will be cooking!
