Course Level and Requirements: This introductory course caters to individuals with limited or no experience in massage therapy.
Teaching Methodology and Expectations: Students will engage in a dynamic learning environment comprising lectures, group discussions, and paired activities. Students will participate actively in massage exchanges, supplemented by a written assignment. To enhance learning outcomes, regular practice of massage techniques outside class sessions is encouraged.
