Mengi-Yay Shipyard in Tuzla, Istanbul is a Turkish shipyard, founded in 1976 by Ramazan Mengi. Initially producing small range boats; Mengi-Yay's shipyard began to build aluminium and steel constructions including motor yachts, mega yachts and sailing yachts as well as gulets; back in 2006.
