The training centre in Palma is offering a 1 week Basic Safety (STCW) yachting course for teens.

We are holding 6 courses this June and July in Monaco, Palma and Antibes, places are booking up already so don’t delay in reserving your place. Invite your friends to join you for an action-packed course, comprising:
3 day RYA Power Boat Level II
2 day RYA Personal Water Craft (jetski)
1 week STCW (the basic course for all yacht crew)
This is an exclusive and exciting opportunity for students between the ages of 16 and 18 to develop their knowledge and experience of the yachting industry. Our Yachting in Action programme was designed to offer a fun experience for English speaking teens on the French Riviera and in Palma.
At the end of the two-week programme our students will walk away with 7 recognised maritime qualifications.
In Palma we are offering the 1-week STCW giving you 5 recognised maritime qualifications.

WEEK 1
STCW basic training : 5 maritime qualifications
Personal safety and social responsibility: ½ day
Basic fire prevention & fire fighting: 2 ½ days
Personal survival techniques: 1 day
Proficiency in security awareness: ½ day
Elementary first aid: ½ day
WEEK 2 (not offered in Palma)
On the water : 2 maritime qualifications gained
RYA Power boat level ii certificate: 3 days
RYA Personal water craft certificate (jet ski): 2 days
