The Bugari shipyard was founded in 1961 by Artemio Bugari. Specialising both in the construction of motor yachts and sailing yachts, the shipyard began building yachts in steel, fibreglass and aluminium, ranging from 10 to 40 metres in length. Artemio Bugari’s two sons took over the shipyard management after his death.
